Non-Soap High Temperature & Extreme Pressure Performance

Product Description

Orenda High Temperature (HT) Grease is a specially formulated lubricant designed to perform in
environments where conventional greases would fail due to excessive heat, heavy loads, or
contamination.

Features & Benefits

  • Allows the grease to maintain its structure and performance at elevated temperatures.
  •  Resists breakdown and hardening under continuous heat exposure.
  • Protects metal surfaces under high load and slow-speed conditions.
  • Shields bearings and components from rust, especially during temperature swings or downtime.
  • Protects metal surfaces under high load and slow-speed conditions.
  • Protects components from premature wear or failure under heat and load stress.
  • Can be used in steel plants, cement mills, and automotive applications.
  • Suitable for furnaces, kilns, ovens, and high-speed equipment near heat sources.

Application

Industrial Equipment:

  • Steel mills (roller bearings, furnace doors)
  • Cement kilns and clinker conveyors
  • Glass manufacturing (molding machines, conveyors)
  • Paper drying cylinders and steam-heated rolls

Construction & Mining:

  • Excavator and loader pins exposed to high friction
  • Conveyor bearings near heat sources

Automotive:

  •  Disc brake wheel bearings (especially in trailers and heavy-duty trucks
  • Wheel hubs under prolonged braking loads

Manufacturing & Processing:

  • Oven conveyor chains (food, textile, or electronics industry)
  • Die-casting machines and molding equipment
  • Electric motors with high ambient temperatures

Marine & Offshore:

  • Deck equipment near engine exhausts or heated surfaces
  • Propulsion systems operating at elevated temperatures

Food Industry (using food-grade HT grease):

  • Bakery oven chains and bearings
  • Food processing equipment near steam or heat zones
